Premium Pack
This is the basic package when a parent (distraught!!) rings and asks for help with a feeding / sleeping / behavioural problem for a child (age from birth to 5yrs).
Auckland wide, allow 4 hours for consultation
Cost: $80 per hour
(Travel and fuel costs are additional for clients outside of Auckland)
This includes 1 follow up telephone call/email.
Premium Pack Plus
This is the Premium Pack with the addition of a second 2 hour consultation 1 week after to assist with troubleshooting / re assessing.
Cost: $130
Day Pack
This pack ideal for clients outside of Auckland City and Auckland District and includes the consultation and "hold your hand" package (see below).
Cost: $500, 8 hours! (Travel costs excluded).
Loyalty Pack
This is whereby a previous client asks us back for a new problem, or for another child.
15% discount off normal charges
Weaning Pack
When a mum wants to bottle feed or introduce a bottle whilst still breastfeeding.
Cost: $40 per hour
Childproofing Pack
This pack is ideal for the parent who needs to know how to babyproof everything in sight to enable the child to get to at least school age!
Cost: $130, 2 hours.
Hold Your Hand Pack (Practical Assistance)
Putting the plan into practice after the consultation. We will be by your side to guide and hold your hand as you implement the plan, until you feel confident. Minimum of 4 hours, maximum of 8 hours. Includes telephone follow up.
Cost: $40 per hour.
Overnight Package 
Includes 4 hour consultation from 6pm then overnight service (with or without parents present) finishing with hold your hand for 2 hours.
Cost: $650, 6pm - 9am
E-Mail Experience
Great for changes in routine or feed patterns and simple sleep problems. A slower assessment process than Skype Link or Premium Pack, and may not be able to identify all factors influencing the situation (such as interpersonal relationships) but most outcomes are at least good to helpful. Care plans will be forwarded within one working day of completion of assessment.
Cost: $175
Skype Link
For clients wanting an in-depth assessment with friendly face to face contact but who are unable to receive an in-home service. Allow a minimum time of 2 hours for the on-line consultation. Extra link time can be negotiated if necessary. Care plans may sometimes be written off line and forwarded.
Cost: $70 per hour.
